Commercials Drive Business

Miller Brooks and WiredWorld teamed up again to produce a new series of :15 television commercials for IndyGo. This year's campaign features popular destinations around town — the RCA Dome, Indianapolis Motor Speedway as well as Downtown Indy.

Working with Road Pictures, Miller Brooks Creative Directors Dan Henne and Peg Wright and WiredWorld Account Manager Megan Bennett supervised the filming, which took production crews all around downtown. Professional race car drivers and a veteran IndyGo bus driver created the driving excitement with special choreographed moves. At one point, Los Angeles director Scott McCollough was strapped to the back of a pick-up holding the camera a few inches from the pavement for a dynamic racing effect.

The spots weren't slotted to air until mid June, but once the client saw the rough cuts, he decided to finish them in time for the Indianapolis 500 race. Special thanks to all suppliers including Ripple FX for audio and Scofield Editorial for "stepping on the gas" to make the fast turns — as well as fast turnaround — possible.
